All prices quoted on the website are correct at the time of publication. Office Diner reserve the right to alter prices from time to time however prices quoted at the time of order will always be valid.

All prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.

All customers will be issued with a monthly invoice/statement within 7 days of the end of a month. Payment is due 14 days after receipt of the monthly invoice/statement.

Office Diner will not issue any cancellation charges providing that cancellation of an order is made before 16.00 on the day prior to delivery. Otherwise a 50% cancellation surcharge will be applicable.

Although we do our best not to include nuts on our menu, our products are made in the same kitchen as other products with nuts. Therefore some of our products may contain nuts. Please take care whilst eating our fish dishes as they are fresh and hand prepared so they may contain tiny bones.

Office Diner food should be consumed on the day of purchase and if not kept refridgerated within two hours of delivery.
